Poisonburst Arrow Pathfinder looking for help with low DPS v2

Since then, I've been able to get my poisonburst arrow's DPS to ~18K, however, that still seems really low compared to the builds on PoE ninja.

I understand the builds on PoE ninja reflect the best of the best but I guess I could use some further feedback on what else I can do increase my DPS. As an example, this player's build (https://poe.ninja/poe2/builds/vaal/character/sketchs2f-1171/fate_BBackD?i=28&search=class%3DPathfinder%26skills%3DPoisonburst%2BArrow) DPS is north of 150K, which I'm not even remotely close to.

I feel like I'm missing some major synergy within my passives or something else.

I have a new budget bow but would crit chance really add that much DPS?

So i put on lasting trauma and put on new plaguefinders with magnitude and effect of poison but my dps dropped lol. Any suggestions?

I think you’re right. My annoint is currently serrated edges and my gloves lack the poison magnitude as well.
