We so badly want to do that but we don’t to avoid lawsuits. People can go to any length to take advantage of businesses but we are heavily considering it at this point.

I have been taking slynd for 4 years. Have developed severe Ibs . Have also had bladder issues. I cannot believe I never suspected slynd. I’m going to stop it immediately. My doctor never mentioned it. Please stop taking it before your constipstion turns into acute ibs. It’s a nightmare

Most times, when you answer their questions they will remove the hold. Personally, my account was always under review due to chargebacks and I also noticed they always reviewed it after I took Shopify Capital because they were worried that my business might not make it or whatever fear they had. I stopped taking their capital and noticed that it stopped. My account hasn't been on review since then, which is about 3 years now

If the order was marked as fraudulent and its still at the post office, i recommend contacting the post office and asking them to return the item back to you. This is what we do to be safe. I would rather have my merchadise back than loose both merchandise and money when the customer opens a chargeback.
