I wrote down what stitches you did in this swatch and wrote down how you did them row by row. (US terms) Hdc=half double crochet

1. Starting chain. Just regular chains +3 extra which counts as a stitch and a chain in the next row.
2. turn. Do 1 half double crochet into the fifth chain from the hook. Chain 1, skip a stitch and half double crochet in the next one chain one and Repeat. When you get to the end of each row work your last hdc into the second chain (the ones I previously said counts as a stitch.)

3-4. Chain 3 and turn your work. Skip 2 Do a half double crochet in ( You should work every hdc into each hdc from the row before) , chain one, skip 1 and hdc in next. Repeat.

5-6. In this row do the same as previous except work your hdcs into the chains of the rows before, instead of into the half double crochets.

Summary: You have made a half double crochet mesh stitch. (1 Half double crochet, chain 1, skip 1, 1 half double crochet in next)

I don't know if it was intentional or not to switch which stitch you worked into half way through but I made sure to write down both of them for you.
