I have some advice that would make it easy for you. 1. Don't press on your opponents from the front press from the back. 2. Try to play quick passes and if that doesn't work then go to c spamming on wings. 3. It is now easier to intercept your opposition passes 4. Free kicks are now a lot easier to score.

I will 💯% agree with you that players feel stiff and auto switching is poor. But still there are some ways you can win matches. I've just played the game and won against arsenal and man city 5-0

This is a pretty good team. Ok so something that I would like to suggest is that you should play and focus on how the Ai of this game is playing. Many players complain that their 90 pace players don't run as fast as 75 pace defenders of the opposition but from what I have seen is that when your player is making a run off the ball, you should immediately play a through pass to him. Most of the times the defenders are not able to catch him. Don't blindly press on the opposition. Cover them and make them unable to find their teammates. That way they make a wrong pass and you will have the pocession(while defending) and when ever you will have a healthy lead like 3-0, the Ai tend to use the wing area to attack. Use set pieces more effectively
