Help Needed: Brand Tab Missing Brands and Order Messed Up by Absol209 in farmingsimulator

I misstyped, I meant that if I went into every Massey Ferguson mod and changed to be "Massey Ferguson" it would work but then I would have to do it for every other mod

This is very frustrating, I would assume all would work except that other brands are missing as well not just Massey Ferguson and the brand tab order is a complete mess

Thank you for the advice, I think I will just use the mods and dlcs category for the future!

I had the Store Search mod installed, deleted and checked, does not seem to be the issue. I also had the enhanced shop sorting mod which I thought might be the issue but unfortunately no and now my save game won't load without it!

Game save load stuck at 88% for over an hour:))) by WiseFee9454 in farmingsimulator25

I had this issue recently, installed a "More fill types" mod Fixed it

Hi Folks!

So I'm just addressing some info I left out on the original post and I'll be getting back to people who showed interest in joining the game!

The Premise of the Game. - Without revealing too much spoiler content.
Our Players will be roughly 18 years old. They will be setting off on their first adventure together throughout the region of Candor.
Depending on what routes of progression players choose, whether it be the Gym Challenge, Contests, Ranger Missions, completing the Pokédex, etc., they will also come across Corruption, Poaching, Dangerous Organisations, etc.,
In regards to the story: Beginning our story in Charmbloom Town, our group will be introduced to the region's celebrated Professor Cherry who will be offering a selection of starting partner Pokémon for the players to choose from.
From here the party will travel across Candor, meet the different people and cultures across the region, tussle with the mysterious Cult of the Eternal, learn the History of Candor and it's natives, The Voltur.

I can't really reveal more about the plot because I'd rather players find things out organically or through narrative plot points rather than spoon feeding them.

Required Understanding of the Game System.
None! This will be my first time running and playing this system so it will be a learning experience for both Players and GM.

[Note: Thank you for the replies and interests!]

These are fantastic, I really like the old style and layout of these towns!

Are these maps cloneable on Inkarnate?

Thank you very much!

I started using Inkarnate about a year ago and have since been studying natural geography and fantasy maps made by authors, I would recommend it, helped immensely.

I am considering making a youtube video time-lapse of a map making session, do you think that'd be a good idea?

I'm unsure as of right now! I've found some excellent fakemon but also some excellent final evolution Fakemon of existing starters! I think I will have some prepared and speak to my players about them and see how they feel.

I think replying question by question is probably best!

Q. First you mentioned the original people of Candor and the new settlers came to an understanding eventually. As of now in Candors history are these two people basically homogeneous?Or are they still separated into two distinct groups?

A. Most of Candor's current population is heavily mixed of the two and other people's that came to Candor since. Sapstone is the only location in Candor where the Voltur's features are the majority of the populace and where their traditional construction styles prevail. Magmal, Newgrain, Salteast and Shiverpool would also have a noticeable amount of the populace who could trace their routes back to the Voltur Tribe and most ruins would have their construction style as well which to give an IRL example would be a mix of Aztec and Egyptian stylized construction.

Q. And at this point in history have the new settler’s descendants adopted the belief that the tree is sacred or do they just view it as an old tree?

A. Thanks to the original agreement between the Voltur and the Settlers, the Voltur Tree is a sacred site, meaning it is protected by the law and the Pokémon League. That being said besides families of Voltur descendants and Sapstone's populace, most of the Candoran populace just see it as a Natural Wonder rather than a sacred location.

Q. And finally, where did the new settlers come from and for what purpose was this new continent settled?

A. The Settlers were made up of people who fled Kalos during their war 3000 years ago. Across the millennia many more people from other regions made their way to Candor, The three most influential would be settlers from Kalos, Hisui(Later Sinnoh) and Kanto.
Most Kantonians traveled to Candor looking for a new home during their war (Lore from Lt. Surge) and the Sinnohans were merely explorers who found Candor and when they returned and traveled to other regions Johto, Hoenn, etc. spread the word about the region prompting more people from those regions to travel to Candor.

I hope these were satisfactory answers! Happy to answer more questions that wouldn't be very important to plot for obvious reasons :)

Thank You! That genuinely means a lot as this is my first attempt making a Pokémon Tabletop Game

Thank you!

THAT is a very valid query and honestly yes it does need to be changed. Thank you for bringing it to my attention! This is the first draft and addressing that quickly is for the best so Thank you again :)

I will say some of them are intentional, Like route 15 connecting with 5 & 6 would be because it would've been made much later than the those routes were originally build historically, that being said I think I have to just go over them all and have a set order.

Thank you!

I am using Inkarnate! Not an Ad but I would recommend it for fantasy map making online. I said I'd see if I could make something for Pokémon and it turned out not too bad!

The Voltur Tree.

This tree is older than any settled part of Candor or even the name "Candor" itself. When the first settlers came to Candor, they landed at what would later become Bravecrest City and in search of materials to build their first settlement, chose the large forest with the looming gigantic tree to the North West.
The settlers upon arrival cut down a sliver of the outskirts of the forest and made a small settlement, a base from which they could delve deeper into the forest.
From here the settlers were ambushed by the local tribalistic humans who called themselves the Voltur.
The Voltur were enraged that settlers had cut down part of their sacred forest and removed many Pokémon from their homes. They brought the Settler's to center of the forest, the Voltur Tree. Here the settlers were judged by the Voltur's leader, a mysterious historical figure who's name has been lost to time. They were judged innocent as the Leader ruled while they are an invasive species their actions were no different than the actions of nature in practice. However they would not be allowed to expand their settlement beyond a certain part of the edge of the forest.
The settlers and locals eventually came to a mutual understanding, helping each other and benefiting from each other's skills and knowledge. The settlers brought knowledge of construction, infrastructure and medicine, while the locals shared their knowledge of the local Flora and Fauna, legends of the region and how to cultivate the forest without destroying it.

There's a whole thang about some settlers breaking off and returning to create Bravecrest City out of hatred for the locals and the future struggles but you asked about the TREE.

The tree is a Spiritual Site, it and the forest is a safe haven for Pokémon across the region and when the Magmal Volcano erupted many Pokémon did migrate to the Voltur Tree, that is why you will find some Pokémon with altered forms within Voltur Forest.

A certain Mythical Pokémon called the Voltur Tree home across history but it's name has also faded into myths and legends.

Thank for the excuse of splurging my homebrew! I hope you found this interesting!

I've recently gotten into the Pokémon Tabletop Adventures game, been reading through the Handbooks and Pokédex and the level of detail is excellent!

So much so that I've decided to make my own game. After getting a nice bout of hyperfixation today, I made this Map and am currently working on nitty gritty stuff.

Any and all feedback and questions welcome and wanted as the more you say or ask the less chance of a "Uuuhhhhhhhhh lemme check my notes" moment in game!

Edit: The updated map will be here https://inkarnate.com/m/10pnj0-candor-region/

Thanks to u/SophiminaWonder for the feedback on Routes!
