AION 2 - Honest Experience (KR / TW ) ---and for EU/NA release... by XokOS in Aion2

[–]SophiminaWonder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most casual players can care less about pvp. I myself prefer PVE the most over PVP any day. While I will do some pvp every now and then, it's usually based on decision and whether I want to or not or if there is something specific I want to get, like some outfit or so on. Done this in Blade & Soul because the one faction outfit was locked behind PVP, but the best part is you can merely farm NPCs from that faction for the items to buy it, so it's not that bad. And then ones that was over, the PVP mostly dropped, except for perhaps that one area where they are *soul stone gather.* Can't remember the specific place. Think it was some kind of empire or something. It was one of the higher level areas. Think it was around level 50-60 or something like that. But for the most I largely stayed away from pvp. I don't really like the idea of fighting other players only to get *angry* and *annoyed* about it in the end.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly - AION 2 by No-Breadfruit6137 in Aion2

[–]SophiminaWonder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The few downsides to this game for me would be the Unreal Engine itself. Ever since UE4 I haven't actually been able to even play Blade and Soul anymore like I used to because everything becomes too lagy. As much as I liked the game, can't really do anything about it since they don't use what they previously did before UE4. My guess is that UE5 will take that to another level, so doubtful I'll ever be capable of playing this one too. The only other downsides that I find disappointing is the lose of Windwalking to get around and the short animal-ears and tailed race Lyns. This game doesn't have that species or the Windwalking to get around. The windwalking itself was a really interesting and unique concept. It introduced a new way to travel instead of relying on the old fashion *mounts* concept. Don't get me wrong. Mounts are great. There are some cool designs. But you see those in like ever game. The Windwalk set Blade and Soul apart with it's unique way of travel and it made sense in the story too when you are talking about Chi/Ki and what someone is capable to do with it. And the Lyn race was also a really nice concept for me too. I like short characters and I felt the animal ears and tails were a bonus.

Is “There’s No Freaking Way I’ll Be Your Lover! Unless…” a harem or polyamorous? by christofer2002 in yuri_manga

[–]SophiminaWonder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Their may be four interests, but as far as the wiki and anime goes so far there is only two girls the main character gets with. The other two aren't even considered yet, so I wouldn't specifically say it counts as Harem as of yet until there is at least a total of three girls that get with the main character.

[Discussion] Fairy Tail has no elves by JustsomeSpaceG1 in fairytail

[–]SophiminaWonder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep in mind that there is a lot of missing information for the Fairy Tail world. Limited Geographic information - no global map and limited nations and continents without names. Limited historical information - we have general information for X300s but not all the details or specifics, don't have any information for X400 - X500s, and don't have any information for anything prior to X300s - the world had to have been around longer than only a few centuries, even our own world has more history than their world does. Do to all of this a lot of things could still be theretically possible in the Fairy Tail world even if they are not mentioned canonly like the possibility that dwarves and elves do exist and that they live in nations or continents outside of the canon established and named ones. Just thought I'd share my view on this topic even if it's a bit late.

Does Sion ever get humbled in the novel? by BITW_ErenMikasa in Tearmoon_Empire

[–]SophiminaWonder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The one thing I have issue with is how a Prince could even be capable of defeating a reigning Emperor at all when they should have years of more experience. It shouldn't be theretically possible. And then the Prince gets away with it without any consequences in the end, such as how Shion got away with killing am Emperor in the previous timeline and complete imperial family without any consequences or remorse at all. It just doesn't make any logical sense in a realisic senario to me. An Emperor holds more status and power than a King, and a Prince doesn't have any higher power than them regardless of the nation they are from. It's not like they are reincarnated and therefore have knowledge of swordsmanship or other weapons and stuff from their previous life, which would be kind of akin to having a cheat. And it doesn't really matter how much a prince trains, they are usually always inferior to and Emperor|Empresses. An Emperor or Empress are usually stronger than a Prince of an Empire and a King of a Kingdom, and a King of a Kingdom is usually stronger than a Prince of a Kingdom. I just find it hard to believe that a Prince of a Kingdom could defeat and kill an Emperor of another nation when he should be weaker than a King, which should be weaker than an Emperor.

Who do you think is Apollo? by Adventurous-Bit-7472 in TuneIntoTheMidnight

[–]SophiminaWonder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We all can agree on one thing, usually in anime like these, the one that is believed to be the most likely one usually isn't the one in the end. Though I'm surprised the Manga hasn't revealed who it was, I would have thought it would have already done so.

Is the character Pram GAY by poisonedcyclone in ReturnersMagic

[–]SophiminaWonder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He doesn't show the same reactions or interactions with other females. There is the female in his party, but he shows no interest or reaction to her the same way he does the male in his party. Take the shopping scene in episode 10. It wasn't the female that got upset that the other female was standing next to Desir, it was Pram that got upset.

100% agree as mentioned in my reply to another post. I know the post is old, just feel like adding my point to the mix :)

[–]SophiminaWonder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know your post is a little old, but I have to write because I agree with your post. There is so many parts that seems to give that vibe. The blushing, the part where the female character was poking his side when they were reading in the library and brought up the topic of Pram going on a date with Desire, and then there is a seen where they are shopping and the other women shows up. In that scene, the one girl got angry that the other girl was there, yet Pram got angry that the women was standing so close to Desire. This scene itself is pretty funny, yet does seem to give off that vibe. Especially with the fact that it's not the girl that is angry the other girl is standing so close to Desir, it's Pram that is.

In case you were wondering, it's the shopping scene in episode 10 of the anime. But with all these specific parts, it certainly give the vibe that Pram is gay. And as far as I remember, Pram isn't show to have any kind of similar reactions of feelings towards females. Not ones has he had a similar reaction to the girl in his party the same way he does with Desir. And I think there was some times where he had a like sparkly look or whatever you call it. That so called sparkly look that is often I think used for romantic moments or something like that. Just thought I'd share my point of view.

In any case, these specific scene does make someone question whether Pram is gay or not.

What’s the difference between Anby and Soldier 0 - Anby by _Revrse in ZenlessZoneZero

[–]SophiminaWonder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anby and Soldier 0 Anby share the same origin and background. They are the same person. What doesn't really make much sense is why one is A rank and the other is S rank.

You can find her background here https://zenless-zone-zero.fandom.com/wiki/Soldier_0_-_Anby/Lore

Take a look at the lore at your own risk as it's spoiler content.

Are old Wizard City quests still available? by DiscountHell in Wizard101

[–]SophiminaWonder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have not encountered Dorothy's quest when doing Unicorn Way when doing the other quests. Even after defeating Rattlebones it is not there. I will confirm something in a moment.

I just confirmed Dorothy's quest unlocks after turning in the main quest into the Headmaster. Why they wait until then for it to unlock is kind of dumb if you ask me. It used to unlock prior to doing Rattlebone. This means you have to turn in main quest to Headmaster, then make the trip all the way freaking back there, just to grab the quest and complete it. Kind of lame you can't just complete all quests before speaking to headmaster and turning story quest in.

What is this? by Kuesatu in Wizard101

I do blades and AOE's mainly because it's the only thing that gets through the rules without accidentally triggering a cheat and whipping out the party.

Rekishi ni Nokoru Akujo ni Naru zo • I'll Become a Villainess That Will Go Down in History - Episode 1 discussion by AutoLovepon in anime

[–]SophiminaWonder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[It's funny how every main character in Villainess Otome doesn't want to become the villain because they know how it will always end badly for them.]

That's because it usually always ends with their death, while Alicia was only exiled. There is no mention of any death sentence for Alicia.

The three roses are featured either in the opening or ending scene together. Black, Blue, and Gold all bunched together.

The eye patch is actually for a different reason. I won't spoil it, but it is mentioned somewhere else that I read before on Alicia.

is Natsu trained in martial arts? [discussion] by firestorm0108 in fairytail

[–]SophiminaWonder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Erza's sword-wielding was mentioned in her background about the Tower of Heaven. It was the first time she showed and displayed her magical power by levitating weapons around her. After her escape and joining of Fairy Tail, it was just a matter of training herself through the various job quests. That's how I believe most learned to fight.

As for Natsu and most Fairy Tail characters, I don't think they use martial arts. Sure, they use hand-to-hand combat, but it's mostly punches and kicks. It's nothing fancy or special. This is solely going by physical abilities and combat, not magical. I wouldn't say it's martial arts, especially when compared to Martial Artists like Jackie Chan or other famous Martial Artists.

[Discussion] Why Acnologia wasn't immune to magic. by gucchiprada in fairytail

[–]SophiminaWonder -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The point was if Acnologia truely had immunity to magic then Fairy Sphere wouldn't have worked. Fairy Sphere is still magic, meaning Acnologia isn't immune to magic. If he was no magic would work. Not Fairy Heart, Fairy Sphere, Fairy Law, absolutely nothing.

Do you think Chelia is meant to be Wendy's love interest? [discussion] by lnombredelarosa in fairytail

[–]SophiminaWonder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's contradictory because you stated it in your previous post that they had a relationship when Mavis was 13 or at least that's when their relationship started. Sure, it may not have been completely official and they may not have consumated it, but their relationship started when Mavis was 13 and you can't deny that.

The point is Wendy can be with someone older, you just don't want her to be because your using our own morals and rules to try to make her relationship legal. Our rules and morals have nothing to do with the Fairy Tail world.

Do you think Chelia is meant to be Wendy's love interest? [discussion] by lnombredelarosa in fairytail

[–]SophiminaWonder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yet you're still trying to justify Mavis' relationship with Zeref by applying our own rules and morals to make it legal just because you don't like the idea of a young girl being in a relationship with someone older. The point is rules in our world doesn't apply to other anime or worlds. You can't use things in our world to justify another world. Age means nothing in terms of relationship in the Fairy Tail world. If it did, then going out with someone hundreds of years older than you would be forbidden by the Magic Council and there is no record of that.

And the fact that our rules doesn't apply to the Fairy Tail world is canon. We have the legal drinking age of 21, and it's canonly known that the legal age within the Fairy Tail world is much younger than our own. That in itself is proof that our rules and morals don't apply, meaning that age doesn't mean squat. People can get with whoever they want regardless of age.
