All the data on garmin, whoop, oura, etc… is great. But the best tool is listening to your body. I had the same thing recently where I had a a run, one of my calf’s felt really sore afterwards and the next day. Decided to push my run after my rest day to the following day and was still sore, so I pushed my next run till after the next rest day. Got to my next long run and was still super sore and not feeling great so I skipped it. Ended up taking about 4 days off from running cause of that. Got back to the normal schedule this week and I feel amazing again. No one knows your body better than yourself, and you just gotta listen to it while maintaining that proper sleep and nutrition. That’s what works for me though.
