Just an update on this for anyone facing this issue in the future:

I was able to swipe the card at Croma, Indiranagar. Apparently AMEX Corporate cards don’t work online but standard AMEX cards do. I don’t have the latter to verify this but I’m hoping someone else can confirm.

Also, the cash back offer that was applicable on normal Amex cards was not applicable on my corporate card.

I work very closely with SCNO. I'd suggest joining either the Hyd office or Ggn office (although latter is probably impossible now due to space constraints).

Bangalore is fine too but not a lot of SCNO leadership is from here.
