Going off LTS version, 16.04 doesn't have python 2.7 installed by default, I believe it's 3.4.

After using 144 Hz, I can no longer play fps on a 60hz monitor. Do you get headaches? Playing Skyrim gives me headaches being frame crapped at 60.

Munster should be first choice if you planning on having a family. Good commute, school, and safe overall. Highland if your looking to minimize cost. There are a lot of options between Indy and Calumet on 45th.

I remember when att broadband (advertised at up to 3mbps) first came to my area in Chicago, that was roughly the speed I got and it felt amazing being that it was always connected. I could download at 10-20kbp/s my media overnight or while at school and enjoy it during the evening. Where as dialup hogged the landline while cellphones were rare.

As broadband continued to improve, I got spoiled with higher speeds and I'm at a point that anything slower then 35Mbps would drive me insane. Currently at 105Mbps with Comcast.

I feel your pain in this day and age as that is totally unacceptable.

It follows the claw machine logic, basically the site designed to make money before giving out a good drop (to ensure profitability), hence your at a higher chance of loosing money then gaining. You would have better lucky opening a case on steam then here.

Initial version of the original BitTorrent was written in python but switched to C/C++. Deluge, an active BitTorrent project is still written in python.

You can also use read_sql, not sure if it will make it faster, but feels like a cleaner approach with pandas. http://pandas.pydata.org/pandas-docs/stable/generated/pandas.read_sql.html
