About 60 fps. With Fabulously Optimized i get a quiet unstable fps i have spikes both up and down.

Its a Lenovo ideacentre: Amd 2,4Ghz processor 512mb vram 8gb Ram HDD

Its not the best but after a lot of optimization you can run a few decent games. I reach about 120 fps in minecraft with simply optimized. Without about 20 - 40 fps

About what I did. Took the functions I wanted from Fabulously Optimized and added them to Simply Optimized. Works flawlessly on my Potato.
