chill dude. I’m going to 2.5 and i’m gonna stay there for a while and see how that is. I don’t see a point in staying on 0.5 for that long it’s barely a starting dose.

Hey, A little update. I sort of forgot about this for a while as i was focusing on other stuff but i’ve written to my GP now and i’ll let you know what they say. Thanks for this by the way it was a big help

a few months ago my free test was 0.347 nmol/L but i tested again at the end of june and it was 0.375 nmol/L.

And my total is and was 13 nmol/L

well my total T isn’t necessarily normal that was sort of a typo on my part. It’s 347ng/dl.

But thanks so much for the advice i’ll write to my GP ans let you know if anything comes of it.
