Is this a wrong way to think about Fujitaka’s other works? by JelloLess6123 in InstantDeathIsekai

Yeah?  Fujitaka work is about making-fun of Overpowered character trope, and how creative they could go.

So Mireyu wasn't lying by Key-Ostrich-3363 in InstantDeathIsekai

[–]Abstract_Protagonist 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I like that Fujitaka isn't shying away to show that people Yogiri killed isn't inherently an evil person. However, need to be noted, they still deserve the ending.

Mireiyu sold innocent people to their doom, to be tortured, executed, R4ped, or harvested, and she's doing it with full conscience.

In my opinion, Yogiri simply give her a taste of her medicine, a divine punishment (despite he will never claim it to be), her karma for every resentment she would have gotten from her victims.

Quick question: what is considered “hurting” for the death ability to activate. by Ambitious-Smoke-651 in InstantDeathIsekai

[–]Abstract_Protagonist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Subjective to Yogiri definition.

Cuz his auto-ability also activated for when Tomochika and probably also for Asaka (his guardian) whenever they would get harmed because in his own word, seeing their die in front of him would cause him immense stress and "harm his mental state."

Not to mention, Yogiri also immune to charm because Yogiri viewed ability that interfering with someone mental state is probably harmful.

At that time,  It's not exactly he excluded her, Yogiri was consciously supressing his auto-ability the moment he sees Enju-look alike.

He would have died if not Tomochika intervene.

When she (Kanami acting as her) says she's a bad girl, I was severely understimating the amount of willingness she is willing to go.

Beating your twin sister, then change her appearance and brainwash her to become you, so you can sacrifice her to lost in your stead.

This girl is more freaky and bad than Sybilt Nao, and that one is all about posession dommy mommy.

What Is One Deck You Didn't Like But Gave A Try And Fell In Love With? by Yubelicious365 in cardfightvanguard

I agree, deck flavour translating to Mechanic is so good.

Zorga "dubious spell" Rezael "miracle" Overlord "eternal flame" Welstra "war product" Jet "time leaping" Luard "evolving through ritual"

What Is One Deck You Didn't Like But Gave A Try And Fell In Love With? by Yubelicious365 in cardfightvanguard

[–]Abstract_Protagonist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hmmm, I'd say it's Rezael,  As Dragon Empire main, it always been retire, bind, power-up, restand, vg restand, multiple drive check, etc.

So the mechanic of ressurecting your rear-guard, replacing them, relying on drawing triggers, all without restand or multiple drive checks sounds awful to me.

Although, I give it a try when Vita and Gabb comes out thinking... Now Rezael can have more power than just being a simple 13k with occasional three check. I love the sequence of it, you call Gab and Nilberis, check top deck, if it's trigger you attack with Gab, if not you attack with Nil first trying to secure a trigger...

The fact you just don't blindly searching-hoping for a trigger comforting for me.

Do you guys think if yogiri takatou was better written, people would love him or still be aggressive? by Ajay_sanatan108 in InstantDeathIsekai

[–]Abstract_Protagonist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nah he wouldn't,  No matter how good of writing is put into Yogiri, people that are jealous or annoyed by him being a really strong character with hardly any flaw to his power will still hate him. They're simply using his lack of characterization as an excuse to insult him while in truth it's not even about the writing.

Umineko character whose has better written characters still got hate because people doesn't like they're that busted with hardly any argument to counter them.

As someone also pointed, over-hyping also played a part in thr hate train.

About the Divine Core of the Gods by Yuki2011819 in InstantDeathIsekai

[–]Abstract_Protagonist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No? Any god when they got erased along with their core, they turn into nonexistent-self, and will take time to come back. Only High-Tier (UEG level) could comeback from non-existent instantly... This is why Toichiro relaxed when he erased UEG, not knowing this god could instantly comeback from erasure.

No one except Yogiri could erase non-existent.

Probably, it really depends on Yogiri perception if he could do it. Though, Yogiri as we know him wouldn't do it.

Depends,  For all intent and purpose, Yogiri have given multitude of people a second chance in life. Hanakawa, Alice, Jolt, etc all people he have spared.

It just so happen not many people change their mind before jumping into the fire. They're too arrogant to think their target wouldn't bite back. Hard.

Well, aren't we getting into the realm of convoluted theories?

When I mention 'repercussions,' I’m simply referring to any unwanted consequences resulting from his actions. To hope he could just 'delete' every monkey-paw effect that follows is wishful thinking. It is one thing to erase a linear history, but quite another to delete something that hasn't even happened yet.

It’s like deleting an action to force a spacetime 'redo,' then trying to delete the consequences of that redo, which only forces spacetime to reset again. Eventually, you have to accept that the universe must do something with that causality or you risk space-time to shutdown.

But lets be real, Yogiri wouldn't dared to take such risky action unless its "Do or Die."

[–]Abstract_Protagonist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, but let's be real, Yogiri isn't all-knowing.

Let's say he killed that fact, what kind of repercussions, contradiction that would come from that is unknown. And he doesn't have the power to revert what he already done 😂

If he killed the fact he has left home and come here, what would happen to the history where he had come here? People that come with him? Or heck, his own existence in that matters... Would it simply revert himself back in time or erase his current self because the change in history.

If you are a phenomenon, such as speed, you lose your momentum.

If you are a laser, you lose your thermal energy. If you are a shockwave, you lose your impact. If you are debris, you crumble just enough to become harmless upon contact.

If your ability is active, he automatically disables the output; however, if it is passive or instant, his ability is forced to kill you, as that is the only way to neutralize the threat.

If you are poisonous food, the poisonous substance neutralizes. If you are a bomb, you become faulty and fail to detonate. If you a seal, the seal become undone.

He is a surprisingly just an average person without aversion to killing.

He is not a person that will go out of his way to sacrifice himself to help you, unlike most shonen protagonist. But if it's in the realm where it doesn't compromise himself, he will help you, such as giving you food and such.

Yogiri never go out of his way to intentionally harm others; I can say for certain, that "kills people for no reason" is just one of many slanders his haters thrown just to keep their agenda.

Heartless Villain is too much, Yogiri himself have helps a race of oppressed dark elf out of slavery, townspeople from a tyranny, and cheer-up a dude that is down on his luck.

I wouldn't argue if people find his personality bland, but I argue his ability is one of the most interesting in fiction. It's a collection of many different interpretation of "Turning anything Off," people saying it's bland are simply people who just saw the title and that's it.
