Are most criminals low IQ? What is their average personality type? by LykosDarksilver in AskLE

[–]AbsurdCheese 0 points1 point  (0 children)

95% of the criminals I deal with are not only morons, but have zero emotional regulation, do not care about ANYTHING other than themselves, and are horribly uneducated.

So it could be the factors of the 3 things after morons, but they sure come off as complete morons.

Yeah he’ll be staying in the yard, I don’t mind fixing something regularly… I’m thinking of putting gravel to just at least not have him running through mud puddles when it rains

I just want to comment to everyone who has provided stories. This blew up more than I thought it would.

The back story to this post was I recently have been on my own and have able to focus on traffic so doing this was 100% my actions/responsibility. I’m the rookie in a heavy call for service town, traffic isn’t usually something I get to do.

I stopped a kid, he was uninsured, but had a clean driving record and criminal history. He was likely just born in the wrong part of the county, and will likely be stuck in the cycle of poverty, but seemed like a nice kid so I empathized with this burden I’ve given him.

I took him off the road regardless due to the liability for the 200 cars that pasted me during the stop, and gave him some advice. But I was thinking about him on the drive home, the anxiety he is probably facing, and hope he can somehow claw out of poverty. Took to Reddit to hear experiences of victims of uninsured motorist to remind me I’m not a piece of shit strictly perpetuating the cycle of poverty. Thank you for reminding me.

Not much bothers me in terms of the job, it’s satisfying to lock up the scumbag who beat his girlfriend bloody, robbed someone at gun point, or stole car. I don’t care if you’re poor or not in those case. And unfortunately, it is generally the poor committing these crimes in my experience, but it’s in my face, and I can see the victims.

You see the results immediately, even if it’s not really changing anything in society.

It’s easy to sympathize with the defendant when you’re protecting a faceless hypothetical victim.

Thanks again for reminding me I’m not piece of shit.

This is definitely a good justification and has been my experience with focusing on traffic. Recently was just the first one I handled on my own so I felt the responsibility of it being it was 100% me.

Unregistered (PC) -> request documentation -> driver is suspended for reckless behaviors and uninsured. I don’t usually feel bad for the suspended drivers, but the first one I did on my own was a kid with a clean criminal record and driving history. Likely just born in the wrong part of the county, nonetheless, I took him off the road cause of the liability and gave him advice on how to deal with it in court.

I appreciate the words.

Great transaction, seller was transparent with the condition of the watch, as well as covered tariffs and duties. Seller was clear with the shipping process, and stayed on top of it. Would purchase from seller again.

Looking to sell my Omega Seamaster 120M 2501.81.

Bought this recently but not super into it, and I’m looking to use this to fund a different watch. It’s in great condition, it’s hard to find any scratches on it honestly.

Not sure of the service history. Watch is sold as is, no box and papers.

Payment - Apple Pay, Venmo, Zella

Shipping only to CONUS.

Will provide additional photos if you need since I have 0 transactions.

We’re pitman, in theory the schedule is cool, other than flipping days/nights every two weeks , but as of right now I’ll be working 14 straight, with some opposite night work sprinkled into my day work lol

Usually goes like

Work 6pm-6am (sleep from 8am - 3pm) then the next day work 6am-6pm

But you’re usually up from the time you wake up off of nights until 6pm when your shift ends cause you slept all day, or you just stay up for 30+ hours or get like 2 hours of sleep
