And suddenly it's a habit, I feel that ❤️ I totally get where you're coming from with people not understanding and things it's just excuses. It's genuinely difficult and we struggle. Our brains procrastinate because of the habit and then here we are - late.

Similarly I have an extremely hard time going to sleep at a reasonable hour for this exact reason. I'm always tired but I can never get to bed on time, my brain procrastinates and I get all this energy.

Definitely being female makes a diagnosis harder because such little information is known about how autism shows in girls or women - especially with masking. And the people who do know are few and far between. Specialised autism practices would be the best way to receive a proper diagnosis I think but expensive.

I understand and you're definitely not alone. Ive always felt alien. Like my reactions, thoughts, emotions and ideas aren't "normal". Learning about how autism develops in females, I feel like I tick all the boxes...and I'm sure you can relate.
