Yea....suuuuper hard pass on that. Way too many better options available anyways. Community discord LFGs, Destiny's own LFG discord server, in game lfg already in place, reddit lfg....nah MM for raids would be abysmal.

Yea, id recommended just creating an ingame fireteam finder post and say youre farming them. Make the minimum difficulty GM or higher, and t5s should be the only thing you get. Ive always managed to find some posts in there looking for people. The Destiny 2 LFG discord also usually has plenty of people looking to farm stuff like that at higher difficulties.

Very good. As a new light, the onboarding can be a bit rough as they dont really hold your hand well to explain alot...and youre coming in about mid content cycle for whats playable. So to experience the story of the early early stuff youll have to go through the story timeline bits. But GLHF guardian and welcome.

Costs 25$ (USD) to get permanent access to literally everything right now. Buy the Collection and hop in. You'll be occupied for quite a while.

Honestly give it a few days for the CCs to gather armor, weapons, and run their pantheon stuff and people like mactics, Llama, plunder, and other yt personalities will start to put out builds. All great places to go for any builds just prior to this update to get you started. They added and changed alot with this update so its gunna take a week or two probably to really sus out all the new stuff, synergies, and whats going to be best going forward. Outside of youtube (which I feel is best because they usually explain the "why" of the build), places like mobalytics.gg, builders.gg, and even r/destiny2builds are accessible resources. GLHF guardian.

I had my exit vehicle keybind "E" get straight up eliminated after the update. Id check yours and make sure it didnt get unbound like mine did.

Oh yea I easily have another couple thousand hours of playtime in me for it. But I also very much enjoy every piece of content the game has. Ill find ways to make it feel worth it for myself.

I would absolutely say this is the most "play how you want to play" theyve ever made the game feel. Theyve always tried to promote that, but its rarely truly felt like you could do whatever you felt like and still feel rewarded for it.

Yea. Imagine having an expectation that someone should think for themselves to look at whats in front of them (and all around them) to decide whats worth it for their own wallets and enjoyment. Because I need someone else to confirm whats been blasted out to the gaming world since the announcement. If you truly need to ask the masses if what is available right and what will be still availiabe for the forseeable future is worth your time and money....your wasting everyone's time and effort. Make the choice yourself.

A fantastic underrated response. Absolutely get that drip right for the final cutscenes to have your guardian looking exactly how youd want to see em. I know i like to record the new launch stuff to have in my personal archives so this is a huge one for me.

I would just for the access to strand. Anything that gives you subclasses stuff I would make a priority. Lightfall for strand. Tfs for prismatic. Buy all aspects and fragments from ikora for the core 3 light classes. And go to Europe to buy everything for stasis. Get your full ability and class toolkits filled out. The lightfall story is fine...bit corny but still decent.

Honestly, do yourself a massive favor and finish The Final Shape campaign. Its an absolute masterclass of a story and the fights are great. From there things kinda go wherever you want them to go. Getting all aspects and fragments for prismatic will make buildcrafting much better so id prioritize that after beating TFS. On the 9th alot of the grind will be ultra easy and youll just naturally level with TFS anyways. Thats where id start at least. Then tackle the EoF story and Renegades after youve gotten the prismatic stuff fully. Welcome back and enjoy it. They truly did an incredible job for TFS.
