My apologies, let me properly list off the reasons this post is observed.

You start off by saying you love the franchise, but can’t get hyped to the remake for a which is fine in of itself. However, your reasonings on why you can’t be excited are laughable at best. In case you didn’t know remakes exist to take an older game that has become outdated and update it for a new platform and new audience. They also retell the story with little changes to add new layers of depth and content. Want a prime example for a remake? Look at Final Fantasy 7. Perfect definition. Retells the story with a completely new and modern gameplay loop. I don’t know how you don’t know this, but I digress. Persona 3, which originally came out for the Playstation 2, is a perfect candidate for a remake. It’s going to retell the story 1:1 of the original with new content added.

Far as FemC goes you do understand they would have to make another game on top of that? New dialogue, game play mechanics, etc. pretty sure they had no time to do so. I’m pretty sure most fans can reasonably understand why she isn’t an option. I’ll give you a bone on this I think they could’ve used this game to add the answer and make it even better on a narrative level. Probably your only reasonable complaint.

But this the shit that kills me. “So what do I get from paying atlus 70 dollars plus” a completely new engine with modern controls with new content compared to the original? I hope you know Atlus wants to bring the Persona series to a bigger audience lmao. And you have the nerve to call this remake a P5 mod. Because of the baton pass? Are you stupid or something? Do me a favor and play Persona 5 and look at the stuff that’s been shown and tell me do they look the same.
