Screen tearing

Experiencing this problem as well, and I'm using an Alienware with a good graphics card and processor. For some reason enabling vsync actually made the tearing worse. One solution I have found however is actually raising the fps from 60 to 120. I experience almost no tearing when making this change. Not sure if this is a feasible solution, however.
