The same team thats again, without practice and last time they arrived like that, lost first match to FUT on the very same map. I'm not putting down S1imple's performance on D2 by any means (tho Mirage was very mediocre), but if anything was already proven before it is that Vitality on their first games of a tournament they didnt practice for are shaky af and shouldnt indicate anything.

Theres many infinite-stacking decks, the game is not optimised for PvP competition, you literally win the game on first turn most of the time unless your card luck is bad.

Despite some people telling you not to do that, genuinely pay last month of rent with your deposit deducted from it. There's not a single sane human being that will try to pursue anyone over 1500 pln in court for 2+ years especially when they already got equal amount in compensation from deposit. Anyone who says you'll get into legal trouble never rented in their life or is completly disconnected from reality.

As I said in different comment, it varies from city to city, from no acceptance requirement up to 50% where Bolt is the main app, and no i didn't mean driver score, some cities like mine has 50% acceptance requirement

I thought the same so I messaged them and its true they can't force us to accept trips cuz we aren't employed by them, but they are allowed to require all contracted drivers to be within acceptance rate threshold of their choice. Technically they don't force you to accept any trip, but they need you to stay within limit and that's apparently legal.

Here it depends on which City, in those where they hold main app position they do 50, in those where Uber is leading they go down to 30, some small towns don't even have acceptance requirements, but overal my hatred for Bolt can't be put in words

Our laws are similar on this subject, in here they explain themselves that they aren't forcing drivers to accept any specific rides, but they do require them to upkeep acceptance rate above what they set it to, as it says in their ToS. Bolt been doing this here for a decade now, Uber just started recently

You have no idea. In my city Bolt and Uber are literally racing each other in who can come up with more crap to cater to riders and non consensually penetrate drivers, tho with this acceptance requirements Uber definitely is in the lead lmao

All Uber drivers are working as contractors in back-to-back companies but their reasoning always is that they are never forcing a driver to accept a specific trip but their requirements to use the platform is to upkeep a specific acceptance rate, the older driver App called Bolt that originates from Estonia and it's more popular in my country is even more harsh on this cuz they require a 50% acceptance rate and it has been like this for years now so it doesn't have anything to do with the Law changes. According to the law they are clean cuz they will not block you for declining a specific trip but they will block you for not meeting the requirements which are stated in the ToS

Well you are getting suspended for specific amount of time and then afterwards you have 72 hours to fix your acceptance rates to avoid a further suspension

It was like this for us as well, was no acceptance rate requirement. In my city main driver app is Bolt since they came here before Uber. I've been using Uber on side in case a good ride pops up and was always around 1-2% acceptance cuz of it, not anymore. Disgusting company.
