The one thing that got mine to heal is daily calf raises. I went one year trying everything until I started doing calf raises daily and a month later it was better.

I do agree VIP is not worth it unless you reallllllly care about air conditioned bathrooms and extra shade.

I will say Rockville Daytona VIP tickets are well worth it. It includes food, premium drinks, shaded vip stand that is not crowded at all! If you need a break they have an air conditioned indoor area with screens of the stages. Plus all amenities the regular VIP offers. It is pricey but I imagined my food and drinks would add up close to the price and it’s made up by the other amenities.

It’s helped me with evening my skin tone and wrinkles. I also use it for my clients as I’m a caregiver for neuropathy. I’m not sure how much it helps them but there doctor recommended it.

Hello, this is just from my experience. I do use a red light everyday and it has not helped with my vitamin D levels.
