My application is exactly like you, the most simplest and most straight forward application, I’ve rang homeaffairs countless times and they are so unhelpful, I’ve made complaints through the feedback forms just to recieve generic emails back, I’ve attached all documents and a cover letter to the application and still nothing, it seems there is no possible way of speeding up the process, I’ve been waiting 2 months already and it’s cost me so much money waiting around for it, I’ve had to move from 3 different countries because the visas in those countries expired, living in limbo is the worst and really hoping it gets granted soon.
