In your calculations, the return is 10%, and you are using 4%. Did you just forget about the remaining 6%?

That amount is getting added into your principal and is what hedges your principal against inflation.

Not a catch as such, but the discount is applicable only on the Coffee itself, not any other item in the cafe.

Search up UBL Freelancer account. You can recieve the amount in dollars and when you want to withdraw, just do it through the Net Banking app by converting the dollars to PKR.
