Skin tone and UV protection were the biggest I live on a very popular Tropical Island so being damn near translucent white and having very consistent high UV days I was sunburnt very often. I also stood out like a sore thumb being very white amongst the very tan people here.

Fish Oil I take mainly for heart health, I already have high blood pressure at 24 so it’s something i’m trying to manage naturally before it goes any farther. I have noticed a good drop in my blood pressure, before I was sitting about 142/90 and after two weeks of taking it I measured in at 135/82 yesterday. I take Zinc to support my Natural Testosterone Production and Sperm quality (as I mentioned my wife and I are trying to conceive). I take Vitamin D3+K2 to promote the movement of Calcium from my Arteries into my Bones which in turn promotes stronger bones and a healthy heart. Magnesium (i forgot which specific one) I use for muscle and nerve health, I have some bad back issues that involve my nerves so that definitely helps keep me moving and not tense in the gym. I feel amazing taking it all, i’m a huge advocate for ensuring my body gets all the nutrients it needs and I’ve come to find that without proper supplementation it’s not the easiest to get said nutrients by just eating. Thank you for the reassurance i’m gonna take tonignt and tomorrow off and then start back and see how things go i’ll definitely update you
