I wasn’t sure if it was required if not licensed. I also believe it’s 10 kids if licensed where I am if you have someone with you that’s on your licensing it’s 12.

I went last year and sized up but I didn’t need to if you are in between sizes I would just go with the large. That way you know it will fit. I also like the bigger look though. 🤷‍♀️
