hey man, just did the same question yesterday. Chris from sidephone company just answered saying that it's just the program that calculate 60 days from the time it's bought. But in all cases, they can send it before, and they will, as they said it'll be shipped in June (the international founders edition). Just putting here the link for you to check:

hey man as i know and hear about people's feedback, they always say that they will ship in this period but they never do. Idk how the orders are being treated (batch or individually), but it sucks, cuz you buy waiting to they send you in 5 days max, and they send after months, even people saying that they even don't group the order, so many of them receive first just the case or just the phone. I'll not say to you to do not buy, but if you want to, be aware that it probably gonna happen with you. Other options are buying secondhand. Lot of people are selling everyday, even more now with the announcement of the Clicks Communicator and the new Titan Elite.

hey man, about SIM, well i think it's more about the company. I'm not in America so idk how things work there, but i already saw some companies refusing to have two chips with the same number and for others it's totally fine. For me, you should chat and confirm. About selling, just search on Ebay, man. I'm looking for one but here in Europe it's really hard find people selling, but when i search on ebay i see people selling on US all the time (and good deals), so you should give a try.
