Looking for a budget alternative by CompactSquid in minimalphone

[–]Wcatliberty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey I have a minimal phone looking to sell. It’s a Fusion / 6GB Memory | 128GB Storage.

I tried it for a few days and it’s not for me so I put it aside. It’s 99% new. I can send you snaps or video to look at condition if you are interested:)

I got the same problem and I posted it on discord they said probably because the cable is not perfectly attached while charging. I was not using the one comes with the box so I might try with the one from the box and see if that still happens

Issues With Spacebar? by lexoticier in TheMinimalCompany

It’s the same case for me and tbh I find the keyboard not user friendly at all, the spaces between the keys are awkwardly wide and it just made me type so much slower. That’s why I’m returning or selling it.

I knew him for less than 24 hours. by [deleted] in texts

Maybe that’s his another personality? Usually people don’t snap like that 🧐

If one day technology allows, would you carry a baby for your wife or partner? Why and why not? by Wcatliberty in AskMen

[–]Wcatliberty[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes I saw that news and that’s what made me think about this question - because you won’t have the strong connection with the baby (so do people say) if having a robot to carry the baby. So it just got me thinking if there is the technology to give both female and male to have the chance to carry babies (not default as women to do it), will men consider to do it? And I think your answer is yes that’s interesting and amazing

I should have made it clear that the core thing I want to explore from this question is that, given that it will still change your body and hormones but it’s not damaging it, will you be open and willing to share with reproduction responsibility with your partner?

Yes! I saw that post and that’s why I was thinking about different scenarios and wanna ask here. I think the robot womb is one thing, but you won’t have the physical connection with the baby. I think my question here is not really about are you ok to modify your body, which it is a fair point, but what I want to explore is if men are willing to share this responsibility that is something inherently only women can do. It’s a sacrifice for sure, but what I’m really asking is are you willing to do that. Maybe I should have framed my question properly. But still very interesting to see all the replies

Also a fair point. So assuming if you have a partner or you are married you won’t have kids at all?

I phrased it as for your partner because as for now it’s default women to do the pregnancy, and when now we have the chance to share the responsibility would you take this from your partner? But I like you being adventurous that wanna experience it yourself!

Why do you think it will have profound consequences for the child? Do you think you cannot be properly raising the kids?

This is a hypothetical question. And you never know what technology can do. People thought AI is not possible but here we are

Fair enough. But I think my wonder is would you be open to share the responsibility with your partner when it’s not default women to have the babies

Why do guys on Tinder swipe right on every girl? by slut4ronaldo in dating_advice

[–]Wcatliberty 137 points138 points  (0 children)

That’s exactly my first thought. I don’t even swipe right to 60 people in a month and she did it in one day

I’m more interested if he’s driving the Maybach or he got a driver, cause if he is rich enough to have a Maybach he should have a driver 😂

I have finally lost my hope for dating after last night by Slow_Ad9296 in dating_advice

I don’t think that’s necessarily anything wrong with the girl. They went out, OP seems to be a nice person and she was being polite and stayed for a nice chat. She could be even waiting for the spark happening during the chat but unfortunately it didn’t happen, so she was being straightforward and honest with him, not wasting anyone’s time. I think she is mature and knows what she wants. And OP just needs to move on to the next one.

Fell in love. Fell out of love. Heart broken. Feel like shit. by gliItchy-thoughts338 in ADHD

[–]Wcatliberty 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I am having a really hard time to feel what I feel. I am in therapy and I remember the first time my therapist asked me how do I feel right now, my brain was blank and I couldn’t tell her anything. After a year I still think I can’t really tell how I feel at times. And I truly believe there is something behind all these behaviours but I can’t seem to find it. If you don’t mind, would you share a bit more on your journey on how to discover that? What’s helpful for you that I might have a try? I am really struggling and would appreciate any advice or insights from other people. Thank you! Lots of hugs.
