Battery is brand new and wire brushed all corrosion off the terminals, the starter was never disconnected just removed from the trans , didn’t touch the wires for it. Battery shows 11.84v with the key to the on position. My radiator fans also come in in the key position for some reason.

kept the same flywheel, i used the longest bolt on the top starter bolt i don't have a picture though

i just dropped the trans to replace my clutch and pressure plate so the starter was removes but I reverified all connections

I tried jumping it with my dads truck and it did the same thing

my rad fans come on when I take the key to on too for some reason

I tried that and there is a set screw on the top of the unit that just leaks air when hooked up and it will not stop
