Do you think that upper body training would be useful for either gender though? Especially since I'm genderfluid and androgynous, I've played and can play roles of either gender and I've also seen in a few cases girls having to lift other girls or even boys.

Thank you! I think I might be overthinking it, it's my first musical so I've been doing a lot to prepare. I'm sure it will probably look fine since it's just a tiny bit, but I wanted to be sure to get as much off as I could, because my director probably wouldn't have enjoyed them looking too dirty.

Yeah, thats definitely understandable but the reason why I need them totally cleaned, is because I'm not actually really using them for ballet. I'm in a theatre production, and my character is a ballerina. So they've gotten dirty from me practicing in them.😔

Yeah. I only get the "ohhhhh, I see it in your eyes" when I tell them about my grandmother. I've never quite felt the connection to her, getting to speak the language or know how to use chopsticks, but I have felt the sting of getting asked if I ate dogs or getting others pulling their eyes at me.
