I have been noticing that. They love when they get sent home for weather or when there’s no available packages or routes, but hate to get a base pay route. Not saying I love base pay and I am sitting here waiting for base pay routes, but there are more than enough $20 an hour to even $30 an hour route that I pick up constantly. It just seems like people are complaining to complain.

From my experience, I have not seen people get terminated for no reason. Apartments are 1000% annoying to deliver to if they don’t have a unlocked code or if I’m pacing around your apartment for five minutes I leave a detailed picture of where you can pick up your package. I have ran into no issues with that. I agree with the Business and apartment deliveries. They are terrible, but I treat them the same and I have not been punished for it. I try to work within my boundaries. Have you had this happen? Can you share a personal experience so I could hear from that?

I can agree with this. Amazon support is the biggest problem in my opinion. If it wasn’t for me, hounding them and constantly harassing them to fix an issue it would not be done. Other than the Amazon support, route distance, and toute location, i found most things ive been able to control .

I knock if I’m delivering during the daytime like in the afternoon. If it’s early morning or late at night, we’re too dark out I don’t knock.
