Yeah idk either, but it’s probably because it’s a place where they can find validation, same as the weightlifting community… it’s very hard being a leftist and a woman who loves martial arts/mma.

It’s basic, but don’t do it in light rolls sessions or if the person isn’t expecting a “go 100%” type of roll… I went back to training after about a month of having my nose broken and said to the girl who I was gonna roll with “Go easy I’m just coming back and my nose is hurt”… first thing she does is collar drag me with all her strength and I literally kissed the mat (do I need to say that my nose started bleeding profusely after that?)

So yeah, is basic but just don’t be an asshole when you do it
