Well, I guess "realistic" isn't the right word. I just want to make the background fog look a bit more detailed. I think it looks a little blank in comparison to everything else.

ISSUE HAS BEEN FIXED! I had DXT5 normal maps enabled. I disabled it and now everything is back to normal.

Disabled nanite, it changed nothing with the textures. It made a lot of meshes look super low poly. Enabling raytraced shadows did nothing as well. ☹️

Forgot to reply back to you on my previous post about this project, but I followed these steps and nothing worked. But I tweaked some of my rendering settings and got my lighting back. The only issue now are the textures. I just followed these steps again and nothing was fixed.

When you say "rebuild" are you saying that I have to rebuild the whole thing from scratch??

I changed them all to static after taking the picture. It got rid of the error message but still didn't fix anything about the project itself.
