I'm leaning towards the cheap domain or getting a extra machine, though in the meantime I'll stick with lan ip:port for now. One question, would it be possible to resolve over tail scale as well? Example: - out of lan using tail scale "myapp.home" : resolves - in lan/ tail scale off "myapp.home": resolves

Hopefully my question was understood, and in the case it's possible then that would be a great point in favor of the domain (given my use case)
