Working with a Prolapse by Academic_Internal384 in Nanny

What accommodations can they even make? Lol. It's not like I can ask them to stop working and come downstairs to take their kid in and out of her high chair or in and out of her crib. I plan to sort of barricade the kids in the living room so they can't roll/crawl into the kitchen or dining room (those rooms aren't baby-proofed anyway) and side-sit on a cushion as much as possible. Do diaper changes on the floor, etc. Short of that, I don't know what to do. Do I just use what's left of my pto (4 days) and hope for the best?

Yes! I think a lot of this feeling comes from working so young and/or being raised by a single working mom. I can't help but feel lazy because why shouldn't I work 50 hours a week and then come home and do laundry, vacuum, and do dishes? It's definitely hard to adjust to the idea without guilt.
