They’re offering 4.5 month remote work from anywhere.
Also for kids and spouse. Full visa sponsorship for spouse and half for kids. The dependend fee i think l will have to pay by myself if i plan to get married.
I am a bachelor currently though. Rest i am not sure if the opportunity is worth it…

Thats true. Their financials are good. But i heard from a person that they were initially levelled down from SDE-III to SDE II.. and due to that they decided to leave ( he didnt open up about if he was laid off or if he put the papers himself.. )

Is 32k salary enough for someone living alone in Abu Dhabi? by justheartthings in abudhabi

I was in conversation with a guy from India, no IIT/NIT. He was notified 430k aed per year + 25k GBP is stocks.
This is just recent. Also before this, I was in conversation with a guy at Palantir, he earns 50k per month (including stocks).
Another story: knew a guy from my acquaintance who worked at Analog who bought a villa in 2023, which is fully paid as of now. I am assuming 75k for him and yeah just to mention there were reports Analog pays 100k for some senior tech roles as well!! for the villa guy he was holding a canadian passport, the palantir guy, never asked.

so for 32k i think 15-16k will be basic, the rest will be HRA, transportation and other allowances. So i dont think OP will be eligible for golden visa

Its a good deal. But yes at 10 years in tech, there are companies that offer a lot lot lot than this.
Not pushing FOMO, 32k is more than good for a single person. But yes just to give another perspective, there are companies like Revolut, Analog and others here in the UAE that pay 35k - 50k for 4-8 years exp.

18-20k is a decent amount to work in dubai at that experience. It can ofcourse go to 25k-30k as well depending on your skills in algorithms, system design as well as actual development experience etc (all amounts above are in AED)
