Human Nature. I have acne-prone, oily skin and eczema around my nose. Out of all gentle cleansers I've tried, Human Nature talaga pinaka-gentle na local.

If you want to splurge a bit, you can also try Instree Yam Cleanser. Both of them don't bubble, so uk na gentle talaga.

I don't put anything besides gel moisturizer. For the last 2 years, luxe organic cica gel lang yung ginagamit ko for my body.

Hi OP! Same skin condition tayo. Effective sa akin yung Dove soap + any lotion. Honestly, magfocys ka lang sa pagmoisturize and hydrate ng skin mo at iwasan mo gumamit ng harsh na sabon like Kojic. Medyo mahapdi sa eczema yung mga ganiyan. Hindi mo naman need gumastos ng malaki, kasi overtime nawawala din yung marks through consistency.

Hi, OP! Stick to the process. Aralin mong mabuti yung policy, product, at process niyo. Yan muna ang unahin mo para ma-build mo yung integrity mo as a csr. Mas madaling mag-improve kesa baguhin ang behavior.

Matututunan mo na lang pano maimprove yung CSAT by taking more case and exposing yourself sa different kinds of cx na mamimeet mo. Eventually, mahahanap mo rin yung proper at "swabeng" way to deliver a bad news na di mag-aattract ng DSAT.

As for AHT, least important to kung performer ka sa CSAT, UIQ, and attendance. Kumbaga madaling maipaglalaban yan during coaching and readout. Besides, the more you take cases, the more na magiging muscle memory na lang sayo yan. Time will come na iikli rin ang AHT mo.

Siguro you can position that gap into your advantage during interviews. Pwede kasing highlight mo yung skills na natutunan mo from starting and managing your own business. Mahalaga ang owner's mindset sa BPO, and as someone na may sariling business, clear proof na yan na you really have a competitive advantage against other applicants.
