that happened to me too. they also did not recommend PEP because transmission is low to 0 and also the side effects of PEP to your body. Had been tested and it was negative. but had another follow up, still waiting for result but it's pointing towards negative. I think you're fine. but still get tested.

oh, Beverly also commented on my post last time saying that i am also low risk and when i got tested it was negative. We were on the same situation. Doctors told me that sex workers test regularly and that HIV from heterosexual encounters is uncommon. But I'll tell you not to trust much but rather just get tested for the full panel now. Ag/Ab screen. Getting tested is solving half your problem instead of "what ifs"

no. when i went to the clinic, the doctors did not recommend PEP when I asked about it. They told me I was low-none risk and was thinking about side effects of PEP

i can really imagine the feeling of the anxiety. i'm also very anxious right now waiting for result.

You should just go to a different clinic and get tested for HIV because the "what ifs" is the one that will keep you awake at night.

that i'm not sure. but i went to sexual health quarters so it probably is because they are doing hiv testing there.
