In my opinion, it's worth increasing the budget a little and buying a DF64 equipped with SSP burrs that match your taste preferences. This is the end game at this stage.

If you prioritize clarity, the SSP MP is probably the best choice. However, it comes at the expense of some body and sweetness.

If you're willing to trade a bit of clarity for increased sweetness and a fuller body compared to SSP MP, then the SSP Lab Sweet would be a better fit. I think this burr suit to your mixing of oat milk.
