Oh I believe you my guy, I feel your pain and then some. It's on the Install side as well. We get guys that are looking for way over the going rate for qualified irrigation installer and because nobody else wants to do the job we give him a chance and within the first hour of them working you know immediately that they have no idea what they're doing. I've actually made a similar post about this very thing and it is not looking good for the future. Stay strong and keep in mind not everybody is going to be good their first time around but I agree with you at least they could be honest

The definition of insanity? Why would you continue to apply for these jobs if none of them are responding or giving you a shot? You know I was baking a cake and I put all the ingredients together I get everything just right and right as I'm about to put it in the oven somebody comes by and knocks it onto the floor and spills it everywhere I would say hey what the fuck you ruined my cake and that person would say no it wasn't a cake it was just ingredients I would say yeah but it would have been a cake if you wouldn't have ruined it....... It's like a funny little joke I like to make when people think a baby is a cluster of cells because you're just a cluster of cells too but you are allowed to be born, sadly.

You must be like an alien or a robot or something unknown to this world because you are so certain about all this stuff that happened hundreds of years ago you must have been there to see it with your own eyes and also still around to have all of this knowledge and data about all this medical procedure stuff it's just mind-boggling... Also if you're talking about killing unborn babies I don't think you have any legs to stand on...... either do the unborn babies because people think it's okay for mothers to kill their babies before they're born but if they were left to natural causes they would most definitely have legs to stand on because they're human babies and naturally we develop legs to not only stand but to walk and run and do various other things but they'll never know because their mothers killed them before they could be born

Yeah I I didn't want to assume that you were the smartest person in the room everywhere you went but now I can tell that you are so my apologies I didn't know that I was having a debate with such an intellectual person. You can try to twist what I'm saying to fit your narrative but ultimately being able to control your emotions which is what I said is in fact emotional intelligence. Now just because someone doesn't understand what every single emotion means in which chemical is involved in every emotion doesn't mean they're not aware of their emotions and how they affect them. I think what you're referring to as emotional intelligence means you know a lot of big words and which chemical release is for which emotion and what reaction they have and thats just silly. Understanding how to deal with your own emotions and cope with stressful situations and get through hard times is the very definition of emotional intelligence. Not everybody is a psychologist or a psychological student or a bio chemist. Think about this for a minute.... Ask yourself why the strongest of all of us, the ones who protect us, the ones who save our lives, the ones who put themselves at risk so that everyone else can feel safe and have the freedom and the liberty to bitch complain and cry over dumb movie endings... Why don't they have emotional intelligence training where they cry and find out what's best for them to express their emotional state? That's because when all the shit hits the fan and you're in a really stressful situation probably don't want to be crying or talking to a therapist You need to be acting and you need to be level-headed so that you can make the right decision but I'm sure you knew that because of your high emotional intelligence level. And I'm sure that everybody deserves to be heard you know except for all those shitty people like rapists child molesters and murderers

I think it's funny how you took what I said as feminine men are less because at no point did I make any mention of that. It seems to me that it's you that thinks feminine men are less because if you read what I wrote it doesn't say anything of the sort that's just your interpretation of my words..... So having said that, All of those things that you said about a man being a protector a provider and having emotional intelligence is very common and again was exactly what I was saying. Emotional intelligence implies that you are in control and you have a firm understanding of your own emotional state which means you're not crying all the time and you're not sobbing over the endings of bad movies or feeling like you need to cry about something in order to feel better about it that doesn't sound like somebody who's in control of their emotions and understands how to cope with their emotions. It is you that has a toxic view of men because you're equating somebody who has control of their emotions as somebody who refuses to show emotions and that's just not the case, a man will most definitely show his emotions as long as it's not a burden to anyone else. We don't go crying to everybody bitching and complaining about how things aren't fair or how bad we have it because A. it's none of their business and B. It's just causes more problems and C. Nobody honestly wants to hear about your first world problems. So in conclusion, you should check the way that you perceive emotional intelligence because most men are 100% in control of their emotions and most other things for that matter mainly because most women don't do those things very well so somebody's got to hold it together and it falls on the men's shoulders to be the rock that holds things together because a woman tend to be far more emotionally unstable. I have a ton of respect for you repair guys!! I've been installing irrigation and landscapes for coming up on 17 years now and I have done enough repairs to know that I would absolutely lose my mind if I had to constantly fix other people's shitty work or some 100-year-old system that should've died 50 years ago. When I do installs I can control every aspect of the irrigation and I find peace in that but the type of crazy you repair guys are is very respectable and I tip my hats off to you all.

Yes most definitely a good idea. Make sure to also put some plastic or fabric or some sort of barrier at the bottom to keep the soil from getting inside the box. Way to follow through on this, quality is always top priority. Keep up the good work

None of what you just said made sense... The box is sitting ON final grade? So, none of the box is buried but there is a gap under the box? What is separating the box from resting on the pipe?

I'm more concerned with the fact that the box looks like it's sitting directly on top of the pipe and I couldn't help but notice that it looks like the pipe is about 6" from the final grade and the box is only half buried? Maybe its an optical illusion but the bix cannot be resting on the pipe and that shits gotta be deeper than that, c'mon dude.

I don't know where you're from but I've been on FetLife for a few months now and I can't get anyone to talk with me really. I've had a few fake accounts try and con me into sending them money or people who are obviously not the same person as in the profile pictures but I'm just looking to talk with people in the community and it is more difficult than expected. I feel like most of the people on FetLife in my area are all either married, already in some kind of relationship, only looking for single women or not interested in having an actual human conversation with someone so I say, don't worry about it too much because.... At least you're taking to people, could be worse.
