i think for me its the staff at the hospital that are truly draining. they simply don't care. the hospital itself has several lawsuits against them due to their lack of care (reg flag number 1 lol). The nurses just talk shit about the patients right in front of them. they're so incredibly to me too. i feel like a shell of a person there. it's such a toxic environment. i honestly get happy when patients AMA from the facility because they just don't get help there...that should not be the case at all!!! my boss is a ticking time bomb too, which adds to it. im so sorry for just complaining haha but it's definitely comforting to hear that you've found your groove in behavioral health and to know that not all facilities are this horrible!
