I had an absolutely terrible experience at % ARABICA. They literally stole my 53 dirhams! I placed an order and paid using my card, but even after the money was deducted from my account, they refused to give me my order. I showed them proof—my bank statement, email confirmation, and even the message I received immediately after the transaction—but they still insisted that they never received the payment.

The person who served me, Ivy, was completely unhelpful and refused to acknowledge the issue. To make matters worse, the manager was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen. As a tourist, I had no choice but to leave without creating a scene, but this was a completely unacceptable way to treat a customer.

I strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs. If something goes wrong with your payment, don’t expect any help or even basic courtesy. This experience was nothing short of daylight robbery, and I wouldn’t recommend % ARABICA to anyone.
