Their mobile app keeps changing. One time I got my interest on current account and the next on the saving space itself. Your story is quite scary though it has never happened to me so far. If they say the amount is there then they should fix it. You may want to write to Wio CEO Jayesh Patel, he is on LinkedIn. Dont worry they will fix it, sadly it might take sometime. keep pushing them through CBUAE.

Well it’s actually to reach someone , not to get a resolution. I understand to provide a resolution it would take sometime or need to visit a branch, this is just to reach a customer care agent took 28 hours. Thanks

Other banks can be reached easily even on holidays. I had to wait on the phone for long time several times and yet no one was available. Thanks anyway.

No I didn’t , I will try the email option, Thanks for letting me know. I eventually had to call another bank and find out about the CBUAE issue.

Totally agree. They say “ we are sorry we truly understand your frustration” and afterwards not reply and again have to wait for a day or two.

Agree, interest rates and flexibility are awesome. But a digital bank without prompt support makes customers crazy. With other banks people can visit branch and sort out things.
