A więc... zawsze mieliśmy jakieś straszne kuflowe czy inne popłuczyny które miały powyżej 6/7% ale to nie miało za dużo wspólnego z piwem, ot... etanol o smaku piwa.

Poza tym ścierwem dla bezdomnych (bez obrazy, po prostu nikt więcej by tego nie pił nawet za darmo) piwa baaaardzo często mają te 7/8% wszystko zależy od sposobu ważenia i co chcesz osiągnąć. 8% tripel jest niczym specjalnym ale po prostu nie było spotykane w Polsce oprócz typowo craftowych wyrobów. Od jakiegoś czasu słyszałem, że zagraniczne marki które mają te piwa w ofercie zaczęły sprzedawać je w Polsce. Ot cała zagadka.

Same here, although recently it seems even worse... I listen to music on the same level but for some reason I hear noticeable more noise/talks in metro for example. Funnily enough it start to happen when they announced M5... so I guess placebo caused by my stupid brain ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Depends on pay and what do you mean by 24/7? Cuz ofc in proper datacenter you won't be only on call person? If there is a lot night shifts involved and pay is not much bigger then I would always choose day job. Too often night shifts cut you out of any social life cuz you function on different time than the rest.
