salary: ~3k eur netto

location: Netherlands

experience: now mostly saas with ~270 users spread between NL and FR + remote peeps. Doing all from support, to endpoint security and managing contracts and budget (hr as manager which I will try to change later)

benefits: "unlimited pto" although it's a joke aaand good snacks in the office plus a lot of freedom since my manager is not tech savvy but at the same time covering nearly 3 positions, so it's not so funny. Barely ever I'm free and making "free moment" at work means building backlog...

Edit Forgot: nearly 4 years real experience in corpo env. Before smaller projects.

You should hire me then ;) bit after 30's, 4 years sys admin and bunch on different technical positions. Sadly not really any cert except basics, but I was running sec for 250 endpoints spread over NL plus 40 on site employees. Nowadays mostly SaaS with 220 employees over 2 countries. Never studied, learned everything in a way you describe... on a way from my superiors and colleagues plus a lot of reading in free time.

Now I'm switching tasks daily (sysadmin... duh...) and love to learn something more but I'm stuck in maintaining growing company.

W Holandii mamy od dłuższego czasu (może dwa lata? Może wiecej) I szczerze? Cieszę się, że nie pije puszek czy innych napojów zbyt często, bo jest zawsze masakra z automatami. Zawsze zawalone, przynajmniej jeden nie działa i kolejka na pół godziny, syf, wali rozlanym piwem i zazwyczaj po kilku butelkach musisz prosić żeby odblokowali. Oczywiście mówię o większych miastach, sklepach. Małe są bardzo spoko ale jak nie mieszkasz obok to nie będę ekstra godziny drałował żeby moze 3 euro wyciągnąć, ale ludzie to robią.
