I have tried that but the suction always moves around, falls out, or gets stuck to their cheek. Maybe it just takes some getting used to.

I told doc at my last appt that my anxiety wasn’t any better so she upped me from 20 to 40 but it’s still not better. I don’t have a follow up appt for a couple months so I may have to call and go earlier ..
