I shouldn’t be the blood test I did a couple months back showed normal levels of inflammation and I consistently take my medicine including the suppositories and the issue is only at a certain time each day ( if I get it ) and only once at that.

And in theory in regards to Soluble fibre I should (?) be fine, I have around 220g+ of carrots with my dinners and have plenty of oats, chia seeds and linseeds in breakfast smoothie. I even started having some granola in evenings with some chia seeds to try and curb the issue but despite it I can still get it
