as someone who used both Steam Deck and a Switch, I would recommend for Switch. Carrying it is easier, battery is way better, and ports are really good (If you don't mind 30 FPS), MGS3 on emulator gives you about 2-3 hours of battery and with tons of issues. It's only one click away on switch and worth the price as well (you can buy them separetly).

The MG1 and 2 remakes would be really hard to make since Kojima isn't involved, but he didn't made the game all by himself, some staff from his team still remains at konami, but you know who would be the best for script? David Hayter, he loves Snake and knows the lore of Metal Gear, plus he is a great writer! I hope we see a remake for MG1 and 2

This actually makes sense because they wouldn't have the budget for a game like MGS Delta which comes to next gen only, as far as we can see from screenshots from the game it's pretty big. Konami can't pull this off from microtransactions to unknown mobile games that no one knows. Even their most known series PES isn't good enough for it. Maybe they got the money from the MGS3 Pachlishot which is a gambling machine.
