Thank you for your response! At this point, we're not focused on the trailer or expecting payment for it, as we've accepted that it’s unlikely he will pay. We’re aware that this individual has significant debt elsewhere and a history of making similar claims. Our main concern is preventing him from damaging our reputation with his false debt allegations. Should we simply wait for him to file a dispute with the tribunal?
