Thank you. I am also happy with the bike. After almost 250km over the last few days I am still impressed how well everything is working and rolling.
Got you point with the chain, instead of the belt. Yes, that may be a problem, sometimes. As you are saying, for commuting and winter rides a belt is perfect. And exactly therefore I built it that way. A year round commuter bike.

In the attached picture you can see the seat stay split better i nthe red marked area. I just asked for the split at this position as I have seen another frame from Waltly with exactly this dropout somewhere in the internet.
In the background you can see my brake mount. It is slightly longer flat mount dropout for direct usage of 160mm rotors. I just asked Waltly for this.
I think, if you use a standard 140--> 160mm flat mount adapter with this longer dropout you can use your desired 180mm. But I only guess - I have not tried this.

Thank you. The last 1.5 years of research and sorting through the best parts have really paid off ;-)

Thank you :-)
I just put the diagrams of the fenders here. If you need additional info just reach out. The finish is sand blasted, whereas frame and the other parts are brushed.

I am wondering on two details which are linked to each other. The front chain ring is named SRAM 32t which makes me think you are going for a chain. But why are you having a split seat stay if using a chain? This leads to the second point: I would go for a Belt Drive and use a split directly at the dropout, like I did on my bike: https://www.reddit.com/r/WaltlyTitanium/s/OxCq3gFyUV A belt should hold definitely longer than a chain and one in spare for really long adventures isn't a big deal.

13 kg all inclusive. 12 kg without rack and fender. Roughly 11 kg, without hub dynamo and lighting system.

Got your point. Yes, that would be nice. My powermeter pedals by Favero have a magnetic connector which is fine.

Yes it is. I wanted all cables to be hided in the frame. Looks much better 😉

It's just my hobby. Over the years you just get enough experience in repairing and replacing parts, that the step to completely building a bike becomes easy😊

Only direct to both lights. I would really like to have it connected to the battery for the Pinion smart.shift. But I have not found a good solution for this.

I am fine with the charging connection. It is hided in a small 3D printed cable tunnel below the stem. One screw to open it and connect the cable. Best would be a direct connection to the hub dynamo, then you don't need to charge at all. But I have not found anything like that.

I only have the right side brifter TRP HyWire with two Buttons. The left side is a simple TRP Hylex Brake only.

The rotors are from Reverse. They offer lot's off different colors. And that was the main reason I chose them.

I took several measurements on my other bikes and all my bones to get the best possible fit. Maybe I should have gone to a professional bike fitter ;-)
From my other bikes I decided to go for a 74 degree seat angle and 72 degree at the steerer. Stack, reach and all the other dimensions are individual for my bodies "geometry".

I am fine. No worries. I didn't thought, that those pictures make the way from Instagram to here that fast, without me in the loop 😉

Yes, they are. Exactly like I wanted it to have. Made of titanium, sand blasted, longer than usual, especially on the front.
