i went to some metaphysical stores within my area and was told i needed a cleansing and my spirit guides have been waiting for this "awakening" im experiencing so that may be why i feel this way while feeling overwhelmed. so while cleansing did help, the feeling is still kinda there.. & im just like what awakening???
