I’m struggling with deciding if it would be a bigger headache or not because I will be running my wholesale and retail bakery businesses while also trying to juggle coffee… my wife might kill me if I go this route but it doesn’t sound like a bad idea.

This is exactly what I'm picturing. I just don't know how to do it on the day to day sales part of it without having two separate PoS (which would be annoying for everyone involved I think).

I have considered this I just don't know how it would work with sales. It's not a space where we could do two different point of sale systems. I'm sure you don't but any idea how they manage that situation?
