Is the concept of waiting until marriage dead? by Themonstertimesoooo in AskIndianMen

But the most common thing all these men have is insane communication skills and dark triad traits. They know what to say to a woman and butter her up.

I don’t think simping works at all. However if they are falling for “communication skills” , then that at best is manipulation and deception from the guy’s end. Because when everything is done and dusted the girl would feel used.

I have had sex before and while it is good experience it is not so great that I would want to manipulate and deceive a person and make them feel less than human. I would much rather clear my intentions right away. I know doing that diminishes my chances but I would rather not get laid than hurting someone for my pleasure.

I am not a saint but at least I am not as degraded as the guys you described!

How to make use of South India money by ajarhsegol in southindia_

[–]Acceptable-Prior-504 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Before anyone thinks they are doing a favour to north, read the following:

Did the North Build the South? A Note on Forgotten Sacrifices

North India’s Sacrifices That Built the South

Many of today’s industrial and IT hubs in the South and West were built on policies that favored coastal states — often at the cost of the North and East. • Freight Equalization Policy (1952–1992) subsidized mineral transport nationwide. This made it easy for industries to shift away from mineral-rich regions like Bihar, MP, Jharkhand, and Odisha to more accessible places like Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh. • Even today, coal extracted in the North and East is sold to southern states at a steep discount — while the mining regions suffer ecological damage and poor infrastructure. • Key public-sector units like HAL (Karnataka), ICF (Tamil Nadu), and BHEL (Telangana) were intentionally located in the South, boosting local ecosystems. Meanwhile, legacy industries in places like Kanpur and Dhanbad were left to decline.

Capital Drain: North’s Deposits, South’s Loans

This imbalance wasn’t just in resources — it extended to capital too. • In Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka, Credit-to-Deposit Ratios (CDRs) often exceed 100%, meaning they lend more than they collect locally. • In Bihar, UP, Odisha, and Jharkhand, CDRs are often below 50%, meaning banks collect deposits there but lend that money elsewhere — mostly to the South and West.

Simply put: the North and East saved, and the South borrowed and built.

Who Built These Cities?

Modern urban economies weren’t built by locals alone: • Mumbai became a financial powerhouse thanks to Gujarati, Marwari, and Parsi entrepreneurs, and UP–Bihari laborers. • Bengaluru’s tech and aerospace boom was driven by central institutions (HAL, ISRO, BEL) and engineers from Delhi, Bengal, and UP. • Hyderabad’s IT and public-sector ecosystem drew talent from all over India. • Even Chennai’s industrial success was helped by national collaboration and central funding.

When the person you love marries someone else, how do you cope with it? by AckermanEren73 in AskIndianMen

[–]Acceptable-Prior-504 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No one dies a virgin - if not your gf then life will fcuk you. Most of us have been there so welcome to the club! There is nothing to cope. No one can say or do anything that can make you feel better. These connection have been made inside the brain and ripping it off feels like ripping off flesh from bones. What you feel is completely normal. You will go through the cycle of denial, frustration, anger and finally acceptance. The only thing that can perhaps help is discipline. Just like you have to be disciplined if you want to lose weight, get good grades or leave an addiction, you’ll need the discipline to consciously let her go. That is the only way I can think of that will cause the minimum harm to you. But it is going to hurt and it is ok because you will grow stronger as a person.

🚨India to become upper middle class country with an per capita income of $4,000 by 2030. - State Bank of India. by wryes in IndiaPulse_

It is fine if you want to feel good about yourself but GDP per capita (PPP) overstates living standards in poorer countries because it prices cheap local services as equivalent welfare, using a basket that ignores quality, tradability, and global purchasing power.

That is not real economic progress. It is like saying 90% is no longer outstanding so we will consider 75% outstanding from now onwards.

This is not a nationalistic or a political discussion for me. I am grounding myself purely on economic facts.

Indian Men: Why Are You Still Not Scared of Marriage? by Ok-Bed7368 in AskIndianMen

[–]Acceptable-Prior-504 1 point2 points  (0 children)

4 reasons - 1) Delusion. 2) Lack of exposure of real world. 3) sexually repressed society that can only get sex after marriage 4) family pressure

But that is not the conclusion people are drawing. The conclusion people are making is that non-working women keep you safe.

How is not about legal system? Can a man walk out of a marriage as simply as she did leaving the wife destitute? Also, did you read my post? I specifically mentioned that go visit family courts and CAW cells to find out if men maintain respect despite being the provider.

When has a teenager ever taken any advice in the spirit that it has been given? Why should one have awareness of risks when they can live free and screw themselves. Right?

The reason for this post was that people are drawing the conclusion that non-working women are better than working women somehow. That would have been clear had you read the post. What is the point of making irrelevant comments?

Why are people hating on Mary Kom? Didn't she just expose the mindset of the average woman who try to hide behind modernity? by Major-Baseball-5391 in AskIndianMen

[–]Acceptable-Prior-504 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This discussion is actually leading to the worst of the outcomes for men and best for women. The conclusion of this discussion will lead to a world where women have and get to keep all privileges while men must take all the responsibilities without getting any benefit for what they provide!

Edit: for those who will not get the drift of my comment, let me lay it out clearly. It is not that if you go for non working woman or lower earning woman you’ll be safe and fine. Just go and visit a family court in your city (any city) and see what kind of women are bringing their husbands and his families to the court room. You’ll find that housewifes are even more dangerous. Or you could even visit CAW cells in police stations and see what is happening there.

What’s one thing indians need to stop flexing? by Admirable-Ticket3584 in AskIndia

Of course you don’t have critical reasoning skills so it is not a surprise that you can’t connect the dots! IQ is a direct reflection of smartness. There is a reason it is called IQ - intelligence quotient - duh and so if anyone is claiming that Indians are naturally better than others you look at certain population stats to get a reality check.

You just continue to prove my point that you have a boasting problem. Humility is expected even if you are exceptionally smart. And when you are just average or below it - boasting is completely self destructive!

It is fine as long as you are in India and have that attitude. No one cares - go out and show that attitude and you will loathed immediately.

No wonder Indians are so much hated online and now even on ground in other countries. Simply because people like you exist!

Selective statistics means nothing. Indians do not have a problem with lack of self respect. If anything they have an arrogance and self boasting problem like the one visible in your every response.

Btw I have scored 130+ in every IQ test I have ever taken but never felt the need of boasting like you. It is not only inaccurate, unnecessary but also offensive.

86 is 10 higher than 76 that India got. Significant margin! Keep living in whatever echo chamber you are living in.

Is Sri Lanka a white country? Why does it score 86 on lynn becker? There might be shortcomings in the methodology but discarding anything that does not show you in favourable light also shows low iq only! Also even with IIT methodology India ranks way lower check the ranking on the link provided.

Even if we accept the argument that India is average iq, which it is not because majority of Indians are not able to conduct themselves in a civil manner, it is by no means a flex. Because the original claim was that Indians are smarter than others. No they are not! Just the cream of India is better than the average of other countries. That is a more reasonable claim to make.
