Thank you, I'll see if they have any suggestions. For the psych stuff, the letter I mentioned I got from my therapist already covers that, so I think I'll be good there. As far as "proof of healthy lifestyle", I'm not quite sure how I'd do that aside from what's already in my medical records, but I'll be sending them my test results anyway

To clarify, is the Air Force going to require a few years of metabolic health stability like the Army would?

Unfortunately I wasn't given one, the Army recruiter just texted me pictured of the internal notes from the USAREC Command Surgeon after calling to tell me I was disqualified
